We genuinely want you to adore what you've chosen. Yet, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If you feel the need to return or exchange an item:

1: you have a 14-day period from the date of delivery to send it back.

2: Product Condition: the returned items should be undamaged, and presented as they were when delivered – with all labels/tags in place. It's essential to ensure they are in their original packaging.

Beyond 14 Days: we hope it never comes to this, but if more than 14 days have passed since the delivery of your order, we regret that we cannot process a return, exchange, or refund.

RETURNS

Products may not be returned nor exchanged unless there is a manufacturing fault. Under these circumstances’ goods may be returned within seven days of delivery date, provided the following conditions apply:

The return must be approved by NESR and can be discussed via email as detailed below.

The return must be sent exactly as advised by NESR.

NESR GROUP will not accept any returns sent through customs incorrectly which may incur customs charges.

NESR GROUP will not pay for returns or duties and taxes incurred upon return unless otherwise agreed in writing by NESR.


The product must be new, unused, with the original label and tags and in its original bag and packaging and must be returned within 14 days after purchase.

If we agree that the product was indeed faulty, NESR GROUP will offer a refund.

What can't be returned

Certain items are non-returnable to ensure our commitment to quality and hygiene:

Gift Cards: These are non-refundable.

Final Sale Products: Items that are marked as final sale.

Affected by External Factors: Products marred by lipstick, deodorant, makeup, or exhibiting smells of perfume, tobacco, or body odor.

Damaged or Missing Parts: Items not in their original state or missing components unless it's our mistake.

Intimate Nature Products: To safeguard the health of our customers and staff, products that can come in direct contact with the genitals or bodily fluids are non-returnable. These are considered used once they leave our facility. However, in cases of defective or damaged goods, returns are welcome.

We accept returns & exchanges if: - we've send you the wrong item - the item is the wrong color - the item is damaged. • Returns and exchanges are NOT POSSIBLE if: - the item doesn't fit, or sits on the figure in a different way, as it's shown on photos - buyer didn't like the item to the touch - buyer didn't like the thickness of the item - the accessories (trims) are too shiny - customer ignorance of the types of material which the items are manufactured from. In order TO AVOID such situations - all details are specified when placing an order.

DELIVERY

 Products are delivered to the delivery address specified when placing an order. All deliveries to the USA will be made via local USPS.

 If no one can sign for the item, it will be stored by the postal administration for the next delivery attempt or receipt by the addressee.

 International orders are shipped via USPS,DHL EXPRESS, Fedex. Regarding your cargo, you can be contacted directly through our courier, their partners or customs. Please ensure that your shipping address includes the consignee's full name to avoid delays or additional costs.

 

MPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

 nternational orders may be subject to import duties and/or additional taxes or costs incurred to comply with foreign regulations or laws. The customer/recipient will be responsible for paying any such duties and/or taxes in addition to shipping charges. Please note that we have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs or tax office for further information before placing an order.

 The FREE SHIPPING option outside the United States is available to all customers whose completed order value exceeds $350 (excluding tax). Orders are subject to delivery only; All taxes and duties are paid by the recipient. Any additional fees due to the recipient not accepting the package or providing an incorrect or incomplete name and shipping address may result in additional charges.

 Fulfillment of orders may be subject to further requests for payment authorization, and NESR reserves the right to cancel or delay delivery if these requests are not fulfilled.

 As all items are handcrafted, we ask that customers understand that our normal delivery time of 2-5 business days from order placement and address verification may be extended. We reserve the right to extend this period if required, in which case you will be notified by email.
